On June 15, 2018, MBD Design, an industrial design agency based in Paris, acquired Noma Composites, a recognized manufacturer of internal and external components for various types of rolling stock, a subsidiary formerly owned by BFG, the world leader in Composites, contributing to the formation of a new international group: MBD Technologies.
